I am a Christian who considers it an honor and a privilege to teach, inspire, and motivate students of all ages using what I feel is a very rich accumulation of decades of experience and knowledge in piano that I have enjoyed and been blessed with. It is a calling and a purpose to share this knowledge with others, in order to enhance their lives as much as possible.
Playing the piano is for everyone who wants to pursue it. No matter your age, you can experience the joy of playing the piano. I’m here to help you make it happen!
It’s never too late!
A piano education is great for all ages, including children, teens, and adults. I’ve lost count the number of times, after playing piano somewhere, an adult has approached me and said, “I took piano lessons for 6 years, and I regret quitting,” or “I took piano lessons for several years when I was younger, but now I can’t play anything. I wish I could play!”
Good news! You can pursue and learn anything your heart desires to pursue and learn. Even the piano, no matter your age!
Just go for it!
Playing the piano has been one of the greatest joys of my life since the tender age of 6, when I began piano lessons with my beloved first teacher, Susan Darsey, in my small hometown in south Louisiana.
Learning the piano opened the doors to so many opportunities to learn additional instruments and to collaborate with other musicians.
I am honored to share my knowledge and experience to help others play the piano through piano lessons, videos, courses, and piano sheet music.
Here are some peeks at the wonderful family God has blessed me with! Four children, 2 daughters-in-law, and our sweet baby granddaughter! And yes, music has always been a big part of our lives!
